What the work covers
Stripping a house back and rebuilding it room by room to one standard, on one programme.
Belfast's older housing stock needs judgement — what to keep, what to replace, and what's hiding behind the plaster.
Moving walls, opening up rooms and rethinking layouts to make the house work for how you live.
Trusted subcontractors are coordinated where rewires, plumbing or plastering are needed.
Why homeowners choose SMM
The owner is on site, not behind a desk. You always know who’s running your job.
Established electricians, plumbers and plasterers are coordinated where a job needs them.
Detailed quotes, no surprise extras. You see where every pound goes before we start.
Realistic timelines, met. We keep crews busy so your project keeps moving.
Hank managed a full refurb on my property and was unreal from start to finish. Reliable, fair, and high-quality workmanship throughout. Stepped up when others would’ve walked away — will 100% use again.
