Bathroom fitting in Belfast
Full bathroom refits taken from strip-out to finished room — tiling, flooring and finishes by the builder, with trusted plumbing and electrical subcontractors brought in where needed. One team, one programme, one person answerable for it.
Finished bathroom — freestanding bath, backlit mirror and oak slat wall
What the work covers
Strip-out, first fix, tiling and finishing — the whole room handled on one programme rather than split across trades you have to chase.
Walls and floors tiled and finished to the same standard as our kitchen work, by the people who did the build.
Trusted plumbing and electrical subcontractors are coordinated as the job requires.
Bathrooms are often one room inside a wider renovation — they can be run on their own or folded into the whole-house programme.
Why homeowners choose SMM
The owner is on site, not behind a desk. You always know who’s running your job.
Established electricians, plumbers and plasterers are coordinated where a job needs them.
Detailed quotes, no surprise extras. You see where every pound goes before we start.
Realistic timelines, met. We keep crews busy so your project keeps moving.
Hank managed a full refurb on my property and was unreal from start to finish. Reliable, fair, and high-quality workmanship throughout. Stepped up when others would’ve walked away — will 100% use again.
